I was 13 years old. When my fixed mindset voice spoke to me, I was afraid. I couldn’t believe my own thoughts. Succumbing to my injuries was fate. But staying down wallowing in self-pity was a choice. A choice I didn’t want to make. And then, my growth mindset voice showed me a world full of opportunities and hope.

Motivation is the driver for everything. Sometimes, just motivation is not enough. To encourage lasting change, we also need the 3Rs of motivation! I have nerve paralysis on my right leg from the bomb blast. I cannot walk or stand for more than five minutes without feeling excruciating pain in my legs.
